Mission Statement

The Mitchell College Children’s Learning Center is and early childhood educational program providing children, families, community, and Mitchell College students and faculty multiple programs addressing family needs for quality programming. Emphasis is placed on family involvement, creating a link between the home and school, ensuring that family members are actively involved in the child’s early educational experiences. As a laboratory school the Children’s Learning Center guides college students to achieve their professional and educational goals through diverse and challenging internships.
